Bob Grom is a nationally recognized expert in enterprise applications and EDM, with more than 30 years of IT/SAP experience and a proven track record of success. When he founded GROM Associates in 1982, Bob leveraged his expertise as a Hewlett Packard software engineer in critical consulting roles for American Cyanamid, J.P. Morgan and EXXON Chemical. He later moved into the SAP space as a certified R/2 consultant. By the early 1990s, the company was growing quickly – and Bob was playing key roles in many of the country’s first major SAP implementations, including EXXON, Johnson & Johnson and BASF.
As a result of Bob’s experience and vision, in 1994 GROM Associates achieved one of the earliest Regional Alliance Partnerships with SAP America in the United States. Today, under his strong leadership, GROM Associates has become a world leader in SAP implementation services and enterprise data management solutions serving more than 400 SAP clients across the nation. Bob holds a B.S. from Rutgers University.
Tom Eineker brings more than 30 years of IT/SAP and business experience to his executive leadership role at GROM, where he is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Tom joined GROM in 1997 after long tenures at SAP America and Hewlett Packard. He has helped to craft all of our service offerings and continuously works with our customers to develop business-critical solutions to their ongoing challenges. Tom earned a degree from Montclair State University in business administration and computer science.
For more than 15 years, Michael Nusser has created solutions to clients’ SAP challenges. As a key developer and leader of GROM’s Business Consulting Group, he is ultimately accountable for the success of all GROM projects. Michael joined GROM Associates after serving as vice president of the Asia Pacific division of a leading international consulting firm. In his leadership role at GROM, Michael is charged with developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to provide our clients with a comprehensive range of SAP options.
John Levasseur brings a combination of commercial and military experience to GROM. He retired in 2005 after 35 years at AT&T, where he held positions ranging from outside construction to billing development and operations. That same year, he also retired from the US Army after 37 years of service spanning active/reserve components in enlisted and officer ranks. His last General Officer assignment was at the Defense Logistics Agency and US TRANSCOM. Prior to joining GROM, John worked at IBM as executive program director and at KBR as operations director supporting business development at both companies. John is charged with expanding GROM's presence in the federal sector by leveraging our commercial practice successes and value proposition as a full-service SAP provider. Mark Vesper
Mark Vesper joined the GROM sales team in 2003 after more than 20 years in the telecommunications, high-tech, and e-commerce industries. He has held a variety of sales and marketing roles including vice president of sales for a $100M organization based in Manhattan. With a consultative sales approach and a proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships, Mark is responsible for strategic account management for GROM’s premier accounts. Additionally, he is a trusted executive sales advisor ensuring that our account teams follow best practice models in serving GROM’s account base.
Paul Gover has more than 30 years of progressive IT consulting experience ranging from delivering services as an individual contributor to managing large projects to sales and account management. Prior to joining GROM in 2000, he held leadership and systems architect positions at major companies such as ADP, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Nabisco. Paul currently works in a client management capacity and also manages a team of GROM’s client engagement managers. He earned a B.A. in business administration and computer science from Rutgers College.
Scott Kenney has more than 16 years of business consulting experience focused on delivering business solutions in SAP. He joined GROM as a consultant in 1999. In his most recent engagements Scott has managed teams of five to 50 and delivered assessments, implementations, and business process improvements in the areas of sales, distribution, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and enterprise data management. He currently runs GROM’s SAP OnDemand Application Management Support practice. Scott earned a bachelor's degree in management science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
For more than 25 years, Jay Mazzucco has specialized in IT strategy development with a focus on implementing best practices and delivering global solutions. He has broad experience in master data management (MDM) including global and regional data standards, data governance and data stewardship, data migrations and technology solutions. He led the worldwide standardization of master data creation for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer and Medical Devices sectors. He has also worked with SAP for more than five years on major global implementation projects and handled project management for numerous enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs including acquisitions and divestitures. Jay was a featured speaker at the 2006 and 2009 SAP ASUG Data Governance SIG meetings, the 2009 SAP Insider Conference, and the 2009 IM Conference in Copenhagen.
Kathy Oster has more than 25 years of experience in general management and human resources, including payroll administration, employee benefits, employee relations and recruiting. As GROM’s operations manager, she is focused on managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting, legal, administrative, and human resource groups. Kathy previously served as general manager of a medical marketing firm and HR manager and client services manager for a professional employer organization (PEO). Earlier in her career, she managed recruiting efforts and employee relations. She earned and maintains Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
After beginning his career at IBM’s telecommunications and media enterprise solution unit, Craig Shaneck joined GROM in 1998 as a business development specialist. Since then, he has held a variety of positions in GROM’s sales, recruiting, account management, sales management, practice management, delivery, and marketing departments. GROM manages and directs our marketing and branding initiatives in addition to solution development and product commericalization.
Jerry DePietro has nearly a decade of recruiting and account management experience heavily focused on SAP and SAP’s supporting technologies. With an extensive background in IT/legacy development, he has the ability to connect with consultants and clients and forge strong, long-standing relationships. In his current role, Jerry is responsible for developing strategic sourcing strategies for GROM’s staff augmentation and project-based business streams as well as mentoring our staff and maintaining the latest recruiting tools.
