Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s largest employers, is a global security and aerospace company. Lockheed’s Missiles and Fire Control Division wanted to build more open, information-sharing relationships among its suppliers to improve cost and cycle time performance.
Lockheed Martin engaged GROM to implement SAP Procurement software to implement purchasing and invoicing to four sites with a customized portal and supplier catalog information.
GROM exceeded the customers’ expectations in terms of project duration and cost. GROM delivered the project in nine weeks, complete with comprehensive user training of the new system in all four sites.
