Hospira, the world's leading provider of injectable drugs and infusion technologies, required expert high-level consulting on several initiatives strategic initiatives that were already in flight.
Hospira required project management expertise and consulting on the build-out of their PMO and Change Management organizations. GROM provided project management for several SAP projects that were already in flight. Hospira was in the process of rolling out their SAP template to new divisions in the U.S. and other countries. GROM delivered multiple senior SAP project managers under their PMO and Change Management umbrella to rollout their SAP projects across new divisions of the company.
Following the success of GROM’s initial PMO resource, Hospira contracted additional SAP PMO resources from GROM to complete multiple projects across the organization.
