Position Title: SAP HCM/SRM Test LeadJob Number: 9870Date Received: 2010-03-01 00:00:00 Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 - 9 months Start Date: ASAP # of positions: 1 Description/ Required Experience: • Develop and manage integration tasks and timeline associated with implementation of HCM and SRM • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risk to the implementation timeline. • Coordinate with the Internal Architecture Team on deployment strategies, and implementation guidelines. • Assist Project Managers in identifying critical issues, change control processes, and problematic areas in regards to release and integration management. • Assist with integration test planning between SRM and HCM • Lead SRM test planning and execution • Work with test engineer to plan and coordinate performance testing for both HCM and SRM projects. • Experience as the Project Manager for at least 3 full life cycle implementations of HR. • Experience as the Project Manager for at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SRM. • Experience as the Integration manager for at least 3 full life cycle implementations of integrated systems, preferably HCM and SRM implementations. • Experience as the test lead for the full test cycles of at least 3 SRM implementations.
