Pharmaceutical experience required, bi lingual Spanish a plus, local candidates preferred. 3+ years experience executing OCM tasks on a major SAP implementation. Proven experience developing change-oriented communications, organizational change and transition management deliverables, readiness assessment and stakeholder alignment/management events/activities. Experience building/leveraging a super user network required. SAP Manufacturing and CRM experience required. Demonstrated ability to partner with the client organization, system integrators, contracted staff, and/or offshore partners, as required. Pharma experience required. MS Office 2007 (powerpoint, word, excel) and MS Project capability required. Experience with RWD uPerform / InfoPak required. Travel is 0 - 20% of the time.
