Position Title: SAP Global Business Analyst - Process ArchitectJob Number: 9766Date Received: 2010-01-21 00:00:00 Location: Arlington, VA Duration: Contract To Perm Start Date: ASAP # of positions: 1 Description/ Required Experience: The Global Business Analysis Process Architect is responsible for designing and documenting global process modeling standards and ensuring the standards are enforced. Standards include outlining the architectural framework as well as documenting what model, object, relationship, and attribute types are included in the architecture. The primary functions this position will perform are: Produce and update Modeling Standards document, as well as ARIS filters and templates to support the standards Lead Quality Assurance audit by developing reports and semantic checks to efficiently ensure that standards are followed Design and implement ARIS project processes using ARIS best practices Develop training materials for internal ARIS training Work with all other Global Business Analysts to develop and maintain global process models in support of established standards Support SAP Implementation Projects by Ensuring that ARIS standards support ARIS integration with the SAP Solution Manager Ensuring that ARIS standards support a global SAP implementation with multiple rollouts Communicating to project team updates to standards for global process models Providing process modeling training and support to project team members Auditing the project team’s process designs to ensure consistency with global standards Team Leadership Experience 5 years of ARIS project experience, including: The use of ARIS in an SAP implementation Familiarity with SAP reference process content including the Business Process Repository Knowledge of an SAP Implementation methodology and how ARIS fits the methodology Leading process modeling workshops U.S. and International experience a strong plus Corporate and Value Center experience 5 years of experience on SAP projects B.S. of Engineering, Marketing, Business or Information Systems or equivalent job experience Team leadership skills required to manage the team that is developing, implementing and maintaining the global process designs ARIS planning and administration skills Ability to synchronize ARIS and Solution Manager GROM Associates provides consulting services for Information Management Systems in a wide range of industries.
