Position Title: SAP DMS ConsultantJob Number: 9698Date Received: 2009-12-21 00:00:00 Location: Toledo, OH Duration: 3 - 6 months Start Date: 2/8/2010 # of positions: 1 Description/ Required Experience: 2-3 month project starting in February for SAP DMS (Document Management System) consultant to assist with the set up and configuration of DMS to incorporate production records, control lables, device records, etc into DMS. Some Workflow set up within DMS will also be needed. Experience working in an FDA Validated environment is a must. Project tasks include, but are not limited to: Configure document types and status networks. Create various object linking capabilities for each of the document types. Create version and revision management for documents ensurnig tight control over released documents. Set up classification system for search and retrieval of stored documents.
