Description/ Required Experience:

1. Support the design and deployment of a global SharePoint implementation. 2. Administer and maintain the farm topology including web-front end (WFE) servers, index servers, query servers, and database servers, including the proper distribution of roles and services running on each 3. Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint problems. 4. Install, configure, administer and fine-tune SharePoint components. 5. Ensure the integrity and security of SharePoint data in accordance with business requirements regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. 6. Deploy new SharePoint functionality, including COTS products. 7. Manage SharePoint communications and interconnections with other key business systems. 8. Analyze SharePoint, server, application, network, and input/output device performance. 9. Enforce site standards (layouts, security processes, etc.) to ensure that governance policies and processes are maintained. 10. Create SharePoint site templates with custom libraries and lists. 11. Create, update, and support SharePoint sites and functionality 12. Support technical and non-technical users to resolve SharePoint and related questions. Diagnose issues, research potential solutions, and coordinate resolution of issues. 13. Administer legacy portal migrations. 14. Develop and maintain related administrative and end-user documentation on an ongoing basis 15. Contribute to best practices for SharePoint design, implementation and use.

College degree required. 3 – 5 years experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server with demonstrated deployments that reached broad sets of users and integration of data sources. A broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and how they can be integrated with SharePoint is preferred. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)/Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) with a focus on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS 2007) is preferred. Requires superior analytics and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
