Position Title: SAP Global Business Analyst - Supply ChainJob Number: 9669Date Received: 2009-12-14 00:00:00 Location: Arlington, VA Duration: Contract To Perm Start Date: ASAP # of positions: 1 Description/ Required Experience: The Global Business Analyst for Supply Chain Planning has the strategic responsibility for developing and maintaining global process designs, including configuration and technical objects, which are consistent with corporate policies. Work with the Global Business Process Owners and subject matter experts to develop and maintain global process designs in support of company policies. Responsible for solutioning, configuring, and then maintaining the technical design for the SAP modules and global template through multiple deployments, and post deployment. Responsible for prioritizing ongoing requests made for changes and enhancements and assessing their impact on the global design and on system stability. Prepares specification and rollout of new functionality with the GPO, GPE for future changes. Provides test scripts based on end to end business scenarios, responsible for UAT testing, and Regression testing Support SAP Business / Value Center Deployment Projects by: Introduction of project team to the design of global processes including the review of key configuration standards and technical objects. Provide process modeling training and support to project team members within the Supply Chain Planning area. Audit the project team’s process designs to ensure consistency with global standards. Provides business unit level support to the GPA, SMEs post deployment within the Supply Chain Planning area. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts with the global process design. Execute the implementation of changes to global process designs. Team Leadership Experience Experience designing and implementing SAP modules (ECC 6.0) across multiple businesses / value centers and regions Experience implementing SAP in defense implementations, including working knowledge of ITAR and defense requirements and constraints (helpful but not required) 7 years of SAP implementation experience, including: U.S. and International experience a strong plus Corporate and Value Center experience Experience supply chain planning, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, warehouse management, and sourcing/procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management Team Leadership SCM/PP Design and Configuration Business Process Modeling B.S. Engineering, Business or Information Systems Team leadership skills required to manage the team that is developing, implementing and maintaining the global process designs SAP SCM/PP Business Process Design and Configuration Experience Able to see and understand the interconnections of multiple SAP modules and their impact on the overall system design and implementation Able to work at both a strategic and tactical level when needed to support the global design and local implementations of SAP SAP Business Process and Configuration Experience Business Process Modeling using ARIS GROM Associates provides consulting services for Information Management Systems in a wide range of industries.
